Good evening ladies! I've decided to start logging my workouts again! I did it a while ago, and lost touch a bit. I'm new to RX Muscle, but not at all new to the sport! I'm a WP competitor, and I'm currently transitioning from a 5 month bulk, to my upcoming cut!
I'm currently 151 lbs at at 5ft tall.
Today I trained shoulders! Delts are my favorite day...but also one of my weaker areas.
here's my workout:
Seated BB shoulder press
45x20

135x5
95x10
seated DB presses
30x16
40x16

side lateral raises

reverse peck deck (rear delts)
45x20
55x20
65x16
75x14
seated hammer strength shoulder press
90 (total--45 per side)x12

then I hit abs to finish it off!!

But we have a lot of fun cheering each other on through thick & thin, fluffy & cut, good & bad, ups & downs! I don't know where I would have been without my RX Ladies!
I too am just about to transition from full on bulk thru diet clean up to prep starting in January!
I love me some delts! Keep on pushing and they will grow!

Back in action!! I've been dealing with my little guy with ear infections and strep Anyway, I'm back now!!
Can you believe that I've been cutting for just a few days now, and went from 152 to 144?? Talk about feeling skinny I know it's water, but it's still sad to me. I was beginning to love my curves!!
Anyhoo, here's my Quad/glutes training from Saturday!

I switch up my method weekly. This week I did a lunge, then stayed there for a low "pump" rep. then took a step. At the end, I did 20 plie squats.
did this 3 times (down and back 3 times) for a total of 90 lunges, and 60 plie squats!
Also got great news! I applied for a suit sponsorship, and just got word that I was accepted! Center Stage Posing Suits here in Florida
I did arms yesterday. I was feeling blah...had a late night with sickie boy the night before

Sorry ladies!! I'm trying to stay active on here! It's fun to chat with like-minded ladies
here's what's going on right now...
I'm not sure how many weeks I have to prep, because the show dates haven't been released yet. However, going off of last years shows, I can imagine that I'm about 15-16 weeks out! I started the cut at 154, and was 151 when I started this log. I woke up at 137 this am, so as far as coach and I can see...we're right on track! Still working with just food (no cardio yet). I'm feeling lean and full, and my calories are still pretty high, so I'm hoping for a nice, steady paced loss this time around!!
Tonight I trained arms.
It was a good workout and had me feeling pumped and full!!
Here's other good news! Since I was here last, I got another sponsorship Center Stage Posing Suits has asked me to join their team!!! YAY!!! And, I was on Fit Talk Raido with Curtis Harwell. he's a great guy, and if you want more promotion for yourself, contact him!!!
Anyway, I have tomorrow off, and Friday will be LEGSSSSS again!!! Hams and Glutes to be exact!!
