Weight loss doubt?
I think this time i choose correct solution for my weight loss
swimming
But little confusion swimming Good for weight loss?

Generally speaking it's not the best exercise for weight loss, however it is an excellent exercise for overall fitness. Swimmers tend to consume more calories than they expend for several reasons including the intensity of the exercise, the cooler temperature of water than air, and a hypothesized mammalian hunger reflex to water exposure. Swimming is best exercise for weight loss, you do it regularly you have necessary benefit from it,

Swimming is great exercise to lose weight as swimming burn calories, fat and boost metabolism. Swimming makes heart and lungs strong, increase energy levels and boost stamina.

It's not the best, but for people with bad knees, it's a perfect solution. You have to be hard with your swimming. Not just leisurely swim, but actually kick your own butt.
