Paul Walker Dies In Fatal Car Accident!
The Fast and the Furious star Paul Walker has passed away after a single-car accident Saturday afternoon.
The collision occurred in Santa Clarita, Calif. -- just north of Los Angeles -- when the driver of the Porsche Walker was in lost control of the car, slamming into a tree, according to TMZ.
The website reports that the car then burst into flames after the collision. It is unclear if the 40-year-old actor was behind the wheel at the time.

According to Santa Clarita Signal, the fatal crash happened around 3:30 p.m. near Always Evolving Performance Motors where he was reportedly hosting a meet-and-greet.
“At the conclusion of the accident the vehicle struck a light standard and the whole car was burned,” a Los Angeles County Fire Department spokesman told the Santa Clarita Signal. "The two occupants of the vehicle were unable to get out in time."
Too fast .... Yet too furious. . .

Publicist: 'Fast & Furious' Star Dies in Car Crash By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
SANTA CLARITA, Calif. — A publicist for actor Paul Walker says the star of the "Fast & Furious" movie series has died in a car crash north of Los Angeles. He was 40.
Ame Van Iden says Walker died Saturday afternoon.
A statement on Walker's Facebook page said Walker was a passenger in a friend's car, and that the crash happened while he was attending a charity event.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's department said the crash happened in community of Valencia. The Santa Clarita Signal reports a red Porsche crashed into a light pole and tree and burst into flames.
Walker was working on the latest "Fast & Furious" movie at the time of his death. He also starred in the suspense drama, "Hours," a movie that is set for release this month.

F/F movies are awesome... 1,5,6 were probably the best of them... but I am a fan of all.

As an ER Trauma RN, I see the aftermath and accompanying photos from EMS/flight/firefighter crews on scene. I'd say easily travelling in excess of 140 mph, vehicle most likely flipped a few times prior to striking pole…way too much damage to the vehicle. Both driver and passenger most likely died on impact and NOT from burns. Very tragic loss for the occupants and their families.

Sad.. again way too young, loved those F&F movies. He was a decent actor in some of his other flicks too. Can't name them but I remember thinking that while watching them. RIP... Too many of these typed here lately...
