Now...That is awesome.
I always was big fan of Francois. Impressive as hell, I remember him at the Mr. Olympia 95 and then at the Arnold Calssic of 1997.

Ask him about Chris Aceto. Maybe he has some good stories about him.

That was exactly my question!!! I knew someone will ask too...
The most hilarious story about Chris. And what did he learn from him. Did Chris help him with his training too?
Does he still follow the sport and if yes - who has potentially the best physique in IFBB right now. Meaning who could be next Mr Olympia other than Phil Heath.

I remember reading an article from Mike where he said he was taught to take longer rests between sets and not rush his workout in order to increase his strength. Can you ask him who taught him this and how it helped him to increase his muscle mass?

Who was the strongest and/or most intense person he has trained with?
What was his typical pre contest day diet plan?

Great news ! I was a BIIIIG fan of Mike François. I will never forget the picture in Flex Magazine.
Mike was wearing a plaid shirt on the parking of a supermarket, and carried a bag of potatoes at arm's length. We could see before his big and venous forearms !
I was JUST begining the bodybuilding at this time 96, so i was like "ok i guess i have to eat more potatoes to grow".
It was the series H.U.G.E. in the Flex Magazine.
I've struggled to find on Google but nothing yet.
So i'm posting this one.
