Today was back and biceps. I got a quit workout in on my lunch break. I came across this on IG today and I may just have to bite the bullet and start getting up in the AM and getting it in.

I ordered a bikini today. I'm so excited. I can't wait to put it on. I also went ahead and ordered bikini bite as well since I was told that it's needed and it was on sale.
Today was my quad and calf day. I also did 20 minutes of interval training on the stationary bike and the stair master, 10 minutes each. I don't feel sore, but we will see on Sunday lol. I had one slip up day on Tuesday, but I have been hauling my meals around, eating them on time and at times, cold. I have been trying to get my water in but it's hard smh.

Tomorrow I will weigh-in and see my progress so far. I feel myself tightening up and becoming more defined. I will post pictures. :-)

Bikini is gorgeous! I love the color. Wasn't it awesome laying eyes on it for the first time? I was so in awe of mine and couldn't wait to put it on. The bottoms did give me pause though. I panicked and texted my coach, "is my ass going to fit in this?!" LOL.

I'm down to 165 currently. It may be less than that since that was my weigh-in sans bowel movement (sorry gross I know &#128513

. I feel LEAN! I look lean in my opinion and I'm happy with my progress. I decided to join a gym a bit closer to my house, it's smaller and dedicated to people really trying to change their bodies. A bonus is that one of the trainers there is an IFBB figure pro that I happen to admire. We had a talk yesterday and she told me to reach out to her on training my problem area, which are my legs. I'm excited! I also score some $10 protein with a sale they were having at the gyms nutritional store. Win! Lol

I'm not a big fan of chocolate, but for $10 this will last me a few weeks so it's worth it. And it has no artificial sweeteners.

I am going to get my body-fat measured sometime this month in a bod pod or something similar so that I can truly know how much I have. My handheld body-fat measurer doesn't seem to be working that great. My numbers keep fluctuating. The bod pod is really accurate so it will let me know where I'm at and give me some piece of mind. It's about $50 to test and some places have specials for buying two or more tests.

I have a few picked out and I'm working on hiring a local coach this coming week, so whenever I feel ready. But it will be in the next few months definitely.

I'm meeting with my soon to be coach tomorrow. I'm excited. I was at the point where I couldn't do this by myself anymore and I need someone reputable after all the horror stories and "IG gurus".
