This last week has been amazing. I had a cheat meal Wednesday, and crazy enough, I woke up half a pound lighter lol, surprising to me since I didn't eat until like 10pm. I really feel like I'm building muscle and I don't want to rush my coach or his plans but I'm so ready to be on the stage. This has been a tough road. I met with him this week after posing and he told me that I am building. I was worried because I gained a few pounds and I have been eating a pretty good amount of food. He told me that if I cut everything early I will have nothing for him to take from me and we progress. I am a happy girl with my carbs and my personal goal is that if I eat right for the next 7 days, I will have myself another cheat. I have had a few days where I didn't eat as planned some things I added lol but I tried to compensate by not eating other things or making substitutions. I am trusting the process now lol. It's late so I will post pictures and measurements when I get up in the morning.

I definitely see a difference, if you can you should watch the live stream portion of the Europa show where Dave and Chris talk about the Bikini competitors. They give some good pointers....mainly don't bend over too far on the butt pose, it is an athletic competition not a strip show.

I got inspired after watching the eastern seaboard competition this past weekend and finally put on my suit. I know I still have a ways to go, but I am soooo happy with my progress.

So I'm 3 days into week 4 of my phase one diet and exercise plan with my coach. I could have done better, i gave the workouts 85% and the food about 65-75%. However I do see great progress and I can't wait for phase 2. I will not be deterred. I'm pretty sure he will be cutting my carbs a bit and upping my cardio, which is to be expected. This is my make it or break it time to determine if I am ready to compete in July, so I'm stepping it up, no bs.
Since I ate so badly a few days this month, I am spending the next 10 or 11 days eating my meal plan to a T. This is also to make up for the cheat fest I will have the weekend I go home for Memorial Day/my moms birthday weekend. I'm sure I will be eating BBQ and crap most of the weekend.
This is my progress picture. Left side is about 2 years old and I was about 200 lbs, and the right side is a few days ago and I am fluctuating between 162 and 170 on any given day. I am however, more muscular than I was, and my legs seem to be tightening up. I looked at my back over the weekend and could have sworn I saw the outline of my lats lol.

No Glutes No Glory
While I was home with my family this past weekend, I cheated soooo hard the last 3 days, and I gained 10 pounds. I'm happy, I'm satisfied, and I'm refocused. As I'm typing I am meal prepping for a client and heading to a cookout. I already worked out this morning and my meals are catered to my meal plan. I will not be drinking anymore for a while, and no cheat meals until the end of my phase next month. I have got to see my weight drop under 160 lbs. I did legs today and I'm making sure I go as hard as I can. I am starting to see more definition in them and I'm excited to get this cellulite off of them lol.
