Today was my favorite day of the week: shoulders!
I stayed within my calories and macros for the day and did my cardio like a good little girl. Lol
The upside of today: my boyfriend looked at me today and said "I'm proud of you, you are getting smaller". That made my day, mainly because he sees me everyday and I didn't think the change would be drastic for him.
The downside of today: whenever he makes cookies or other baked goods ( I make him do it himself so he I'm not tempted) I feel like this:
Have a good night y'all!

Shoulders is my favorite training day too. It is Thursdays for me right now. What does your shoulder routine look like? I posted my current one on another training journal here last night if you are interested - can't remember which one though.

Honestly it depends on how I'm feeling, I do one or two, this week I did one and my shoulders are just now back to normal, so I just base it on how I feel.

Is there a point in training where you guys have gotten emotional, I mean, i have literally started crying at the gym. I'm blaimong it on hormones, but I'm normally not hormonal.

Do you mean that you just start crying in the middle of your workout, out of nowhere? Or do you get frustrated during your training for some reason? At any rate, I hope you feel better. I don't get emotional at the gym. I mean, if I have a shitty workout or something, I might get irritated afterward... but when I get worked up it's usually late at night after my training when I'm hungry and craving something I can't eat. Hehe.

I typically use my workouts to keep from getting "emotional." There are some days when I am irritable (grueling day at work) and I use my workout to boost my mood.

I took a day and a half to rest and I feel better. I think I may just be overwhelmed with life right now. Switched up my split this evening. Added two days of Plyo and HIIT workouts. I feel strong and I'm happy with my progress so far. Excited about the new workouts to come. This week is going to be amazing!
