Overweight and Dizziness
Was looking for some help on my situation that I have been going thru for almost 3 years now. I figured this would be the best place to ask this question since there are so many knowledgable people on here. Any help would be much appreciated.
To make a long story short. I have been have 24/7 dizzyness for almost 3 years now. Its not vertigo and has nothing to do with the ears as I have gone thru so many tests. Until recently talking to certain people and them agreeing it could be due to my poor dieting and being overweight. When it was at first really bad it was almost like the floor and surrounding around me were not stable. Even know it kinda feels like im moving at little. Could this be due to poor dieting. Starting out i was 5/8 279 pounds. I lifted all of my life, used gear, but ate horribly. I would eat fast food at least 1x a day ( i know). I just really need some input from people as im still not able to live a complete normal life. I sleep on a couch in the basement. I currently weigh 260 and the dizzyness has gone down, but is still there. Could this be due to being overweight and poor dieting? Thanks in advance.

I do have a workout plan and obviously just the way i have felt for the past 3 years, has made it hard to actually workout under these circumstances. Even tho it is my fault. I really do thankyou for the input. So in ur opinion, could this be due to my poor eating habits?

Could it be blood pressure? Many of my power lifting buddies would get dizzy and have no clue why, and they would go through a plethora of medical exams until one day a doc that trained with us determined it was blood pressure. They are all medicated and doing great now.
DON'T BE AVERAGE!!!

Have you seen a cardiologist? An EKG, 24 hour Holter or event monitor, or even a tilt-table test might get to the bottom of your symptoms.
And congratulations of your weight-loss and keep up the good work!
