    size size size! at your height you really need mass everywhere. legs esp. I have trained a guy w almost the same physique as yours, injuries prevented him ( so he said) from squatting and adding leg size. I suggested he move to MP.

    Thank you Tammy ! My goal for the next few years is to add mass and compete as a superheavyweight

    Like Tammy said. You are pretty balanced for your height. You just needs time to add overall mass because of your height.

    Happy new year and thank you so much for the reply Jude !!! Is a good option to take whole 2014 off for mass building or do i need more offseason time ?

    I think taking off and growing in 2014 is a good idea. Then test the waters in 2015. Good luck.
