I took yesterday off since it was the last day of my eleven day vacation. I can really see the growth in my legs everywhere so I know my methods seem to be working. No sides to report besides my biceps being so pumped I can't touch my right cheek with my right hand. Really liking this compound and almost think I should've bought another bottle for 3 a day.

In and out in 35 mins. It's a good thing because the pump I had was wicked. Every session in the gym I'm doing something different to keep my muscles guessing and eleviate boredom. Anything I can do daily to stimulate growth. No sides from the SDMZ 3.0 to speak of. Very easy to handle and strength is increasing daily.

Great pump and great workout today. Pump got painful but I pushed through and the strirations were unreal. Starting a cut on Monday. There are some competitions around my area coming soon. Not sure if I will be ready or after the fat goes away, will I be insufficient in some areas, but have to give it a shot. One side I have noticed is my sweat and urine is very pungent. Almost the same odor.
Found my soulmate.

Great leg workout today. Pump was great but I feel I probably didn't get enough quad work in. I guess I will know tomorrow. Back pumps really sucked driving home today. They always hit while I'm driving. Lowering carbs and cals tomorrow. Sad, sad day.

No rush of resolutioners this morning. Thank god!
Starting my cut today and slowly easing into it. Cut my meal sizes in half....sad face. Starting weight is 271.
Workout was great this morning. 2 weeks in and I'm really feeling the strength increase. Can't say anything for endurance because I never usually have a problem with that. Pump was fantastic this morning and the strirations and vascularity in my delts are really coming through, even at this weight.

Weight down to 266. Top abdominals already peeking through. My hamstrings are on fucking fire. Light weight baby. I noticed my BP is up a bit and I'm not taking any celery seed or cycle assist. 2 more weeks left. I think I can at least be down to 260 by then and maybe not look like such a fat ass.
