Bulking at its best with IronMagLabs Super DMZ 3.0 log
Hi guys and girls of RXmuscle
I want to first off thank Heavyiron and IronMagLabs for letting me log super DMZ 3.0
I started my cycle today
Here's a little profile about myself and what you will be getting from my log.
I promise to be honest and detailed about my experience. I'm not gonna blow anything out of proportion or sugar coat my progress. I'm going to be on point but at the same time be entertaining...I've read a bunch of logs and a lot are the same...just verbatim workout summaries of sets and reps, i won't do that...your gonna get updates on how in feeling, hunger, sex drive, positive side effects, negative side effects, ext. I will also provide "cliff notes" style workout routines..when my strength increase you will hear about it.
My ph/ds history-
Epistane-3 cycles, 1 stacked with stano. I enjoy epi, but I find myself not responding to it anymore
Osta rx-2 cycles ran solo, really nice for a sarm only cycle. Leaned out, gained 4 pounds
EpiAndro- 1 cycle, loved the stuff. Gained 8 lean pounds, kept 6 post pct
Rage RV5 (SuperDrol, phera and Hdrol)- this stuff brought on gyno week 2 so I ended it early...but I put on 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
I'm running 2 caps a day of super DMZ 3.0. I've got all my support supps and pct in line
Pct-clomid, daa and Adex is needed.
I also have letro and nolva just in case
My body weight is currently 234
My goal is to out on 10 lean pounds.

Day 2
Weight still holding at 234. No surprise because it's only day 2
Just got done eating my preworkout meal. I'm gonna keep calories around the same number before I started sdmz3.0. 3000 on"off days", 3600 on training days. I will adjust if need.
I took my first cap this morning with breakfast, I will be taking my second cap with dinner
The only thing I notice is a slight change in aggression...I feel more "up" very alert and ready to train. Nothing to substantial because it's only day 2

Iv been "off cycle" for 4 months. My last cycle was epi andro. So no hormones, no peptides or AIs. My body is currently at its "natural state"

Today's workout. 2nd workout while on super DMZ 3.0
Trained chest. My lagging body part...
Felt great in the gym today. Full of energy and aggression. Could be placebo but I haven't felt this good in a while. Lately I have been "going through the motions" but today I was very aggressive and strong.
Started off with incline db press.
80x 15
90x12
100x9
110x5
That's 10 pounds heavier per each set than I'm use too. Normally I finish with 100x5or8
So it was nice to see a bump in strength
Moved on to flat bench db press
3 sets
90x10
100x10
110x8
No increase in weight here. Chest felt pretty fatigued.
Moved onto bodyweight dips super set with incline flys
3 sets. Got a nasty pump. Very vascular and full.
Throughout my workout I felt great. No negative sides, nothing negative at all to report

Woke up today at 234.7 pounds
Still feeling great. Appetite is up, sex drive is up. Not feeling shut down at all.
Trained arms today.
Kept it short and simple
Barbel curls
Hammer curls
Preacher curls
Triceps-
Close grip bench
Cable push downs
Skull crushers
Hit a new pr on close grip bench. I normally finish with 225 for 8. Today I got 245 for 8.
The pumps I getting while on super DMZ 3.0 are ridiculous..I'm not even using a pre workout.

Day 6.
Well goon news! Weighed in dry this morning 235.1 pounds. I'm up 1.1 pounds so far.
Still feeling fine. No blood pressure spikes like the ones I have experienced while on epi, no back pumps.
Hunger is up. I find myself starving every hour and a half in the dot! I have not choice but to up my calories dude to my body telling me it wants MORE FOOD!
Trained shoulders today.
Db press 70x15, 80x12, 90x9, 100x7 110x 4
My press is up. Before super DMZ 3.0 I was only able to hot the 100's for 5 and the 110's for 2
Flys and front raises both went up by an increment of 10 lbs
On flys I have been finishing with 40's for 10. Today I got the 50's for 8. I never have enough energy or strength to rep that out.
I finished with traps

Day 7 woke up dry at 235.7 pounds
Weight is creeping up. I have a feeling my weight is gonna start going up here pretty regularly.
My appetite is through the roof. Iv never been so hungry. I'm craving lots of carbs
Still feeling fine. Sex drive is strong still. No real change yet, which is awesome because I'm pretty nervous about my sex drive decreasing.
Today is my day off from the gym. So it's time to relax with a nice cheat meal

nice log..looks like things are going well...im running sdmz3.0 also right now on day 5...feeling some similar effects...
might want to up the cals if your hungry that fast after a meal...i had to bump mine up..

Day 9 and I'm up to 236.5
Weight is creeping on. Added more carbs and fat to my diet. Body fat hasn't gone up. I feel "fuller" throughout the day
Super DMZ 3.0 is definitely a lean bulking product. I haven't noticed any boating or huge holds of water.
Today I trained arms again.
Hit a another PR on close grip bench.
Went heavy today on close grip.
205x12, 225x10, 275x6! 285x3!
I have never even attempted that . I felt super confident and motivated today. My training partner was shocked and asked me right away if I was on something. I had to tell him about super DMZ 3.0..he's buying a bottle tomorrow!
Another lift that went up in weight was hammer curls. I allway do these because I have long arms(in 6foot4). Arm thickness has always been a problem. I normally finish with 50x10, today I got 70x8, very strict form. No cheating

Day 11 237.5 dry !
Today I'm feeling kinda lethargic. Energy level and mood is up and down. Blood pleasures normal. I'm just feeling worn down.
I was able to get a quick shoulder workout in today. I kept it simple because honestly I didn't want to be there.
Strength was good. I started with side laterals
30x15, 40x15, 50x10
Slight increase in total weight and reps
Overhead military press.
185 x8,205x6,225x5 followed by a drop set..135x20
Reverse pec deck to finish off my workout
That was it. Short and simple. I got a decent pump and my body still feels full from morning to night. Staying lean and dry. Which I love.

Two week mark! Halfway done.
Weight is at 240 !
You know it's working when your girl says to you "your looking bigger"
I think my wife suspects in on something
I hit a new pr training chest today. For my last set of db press I was able to get the 120's for 8. And on flat neck db press I got the 125's for 8( I'm use to getting 110's for 5 or 6)
My lethargy has calmed down, iv only had a few days where I felt like sh@t. My appetite is still very high but iv noticed no gain in body fat..only lean mass

Day 18..
241.5 pounds.
Weight seems to be still creeping up nicely. Slowed down a bit though. I have only put on 1.5 pounds in the last 4 days....yeah I knows...1.5 pounds in 4 days is still amazing
How I'm feeling:
Energy-fluctuates up And down, some days I'm very lethargic and Moody, but the majority of the days i feel amazing!
Sex drive -very strong. Iv never really had a problem with sex drive on cycle. It's sometimes decreases off cycle. My wife has no complaints
Appetite- very strong! Always hungry. It feels like my body digests food about 1 hour after eating. I have to control my portion size because I know I would put on too much body fat if I continued to eat everytime I felt a food craving
