Higher REPS FOR ME!!!
I’ve been doing 3-5 reps for the longest!!! It’s time to lower the weights a tad and PUMP UP THE VOLUME/muscle!!!!!! I’m on trt for crying out loud! Wtf is my excuse to PUSH IT FURTHER! F**k training like a p**sy! 8-10 controlled reps! Rest between sets stays the same! Ohhh I:

I definitely need to as I am currently doing 6 to 8 reps closer to six reps . I’ve always had this idea in my head where I always thought. If I increase the reps, I’m going to lose strength, and I need to get that thought out of my head. I definitely think that’s a big myth in Bodybuilding. I can’t let the darn younger me when I was 21-22 yr old ego lifter in me drop the weights for more reps. Smh. F it ima do 15-20 this week.
