First timer starting with HRT
old labs.jpg
new labs.jpg
Last sets of labs. Super low free and total T. I am working with Defy Medical and Dr. Saya out of Tampa FL. As of this week I am on the following Rx.
500iu HCG 2x a week (the 2 days prior to T injection)
200mg T cyp a week
60mcg Armor Thyroid daily (low T3 levels were found to)
I am 29 years old, 6'2'' and 190.5lbs as of today. Got dunk tanked at 14.8% bodyfat last weekend. Hoping to god this treatment helps me gain some damn muscle weight and prevent from just getting soft every time I try and build/bulk. I work with a coach (Theobald) and he has me at 2300 calories most days which is pretty damn low I know but when we went to 2500 I started getting soft so we pulled back. Our hands are tied with these hormone matters so I pray this changes things for the better.Last edited by Joshua H; 01-12-2014 at 12:52 PM.

Good luck, I've heard some very good things about Defy. Your in good hands with Both Defy and Scooby. If you don't mind me asking, what is defy charging for a 10cc vial of Test C?
Thanks.

I get the HCG for $70 from the Defy pharmacy (APS) (11,000iu) and then my Test C I get from Watson and its $10 through my insurance. I have Defy send Rx to my local CVS and I get it there.
Not bad at all!UNBA Mens Physique, USAPL 93kg,

Josh, do you feel healthy? Or is your major concern LBM and competing in MP or bodybuilding competitions?
Some are meant to be on stage while others are meant to be in the audience, brother.
At 30, I'm sure I matched your physique. Can't imagine being chained to a syringe for these past two decades.
Any and all, blast away and perhaps this should have been in a pm, but body image is something that could be addressed or discussed on these forums in a respectful manner.
If it's a health concern -- low libido, fatigue, etc. -- then by all means, but if it's to step on stage and feel comfortable as a competitor?Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

Right now all about health alone. Levels that low, no sex drive at all for months, not sleeping well, no appetite, lack of vigor in my daily job some days......all that was getting old fast! That is all I did and still do want improved. If I look a bit better to great, added bonus. But getting healthy and being healthy and feeling healthy will always trump any goal to look fit. I hope most people have that priority as well.

You and me both!
I was reluctant all along this road to go on any kind of HRT at my age as I did not at the time (till now) like the concept of being dependent on such a drug or med of any kind at just 29 years old. However feeling as crappy as I did at this age was equally if not worse then the prior concerns could ever be.UNBA Mens Physique, USAPL 93kg,

Was up to 196.6 this past Thursday morning which was a nice steady climb since starting the HRT on the 9th. Subjectively I feel better each week. Strength is way up, libido is coming back, appetite is growing as well. Really like the noticeable and progressive improvements with things. As of this morning I was 191.8 however and not sure why? Diet spot on, no missed meals, sleeping fine. I did have to lead 3 half hour beginner spin classes the past 3 days but I cant see that being the only cause really......maybe it was....not sure.
Pics posted below from this morning so take a glance and comment below please.
