6weeks on painless pump update

So I've been on painless pump since last week of nov.I've bee pinning 4cc between
bicep heads and 4 between long&lateral tricep head mon, wed, fri. ive gone from 17 to 18". I send steve de luca pics of arms and ask for protocol but never got one.although my arms are
Bigger the bicep peak still not their.I'll do two more bottles at twice a week. I will like to get a .5 "
More. Any advice on keeping the size after I'm done with the painless will be appreciated.

Sometimes bicep peaks are just genetic. Look at Kai Greene and Phil Heath. Kai has the peak and Phils arms in general are just huge!
