Painless pumps in shoulders

Hi guys

I just got my bottles of PP.

The thing is I have no idea of how to use it. I was thinking about injecting it in my delts.

I did understand that I needed to inject in 3 different places in each shoulder.

Are there any videos out there of how to inject?

I feel like injecting in the side delts should be no problem, but in the front it feels a bit wierd I think.

Go to howtodoinjections.com and to spotinjection.com. for a good idea on were to inject. I've been on
painless pump since last week of nov.you will need more than one bottle to see gains(lots more).I use an 18 gauge
Needle to withdraw and a 23 to inject.its better to have some else do the pinning for you and please the

You need to get all 3 heads for best results. You said the side should be no problem so thats fine, the rear delt is tricky and I try to have someone else do it but it is possible to do it yourself. The front delt you are a not sure about, you have to do some various poses and find the meatiest part of it and go in there. look at some anatomy pics to get a better idea of the muscles.
