Thanks for the response, that is a good looking routine.
I have had similar problems with food digestion in the past and have had to prep similar too the way you did in the video. Are you going to do anymore videos in the future? Best of luck in your quest as a Pro.

Hopefully ill be able too. Small biz owner and trainer so time is limited on my end to edit stuff plus haven't had anyone to film me. I train mid day with Glass and Rhoden. Chalres is coaching and Shawn is typically focused on next set and my fiancé has full time job and trains 6am. If I get rich I can hire someone lol

I have learned a ton from Charles as far as bio-mechanics during training and Shawn has been a great mentor on the business of bodybuilding. Every day is like a day in school lol. Then I get Aceto guiding me with nutrition... life is pretty damn good where I am sitting

Here is a great chance for RX to send someone to film some of your training without interupting your daily routine. It would be awesome to see a few "Day in the Life of" segments with an up and coming Pro like yourself. Maybe RX could pay for your food for the day if you went over offseason meals and your typical lifestyle. Maybe follow you for a few days worth of workouts and eating ?

That hamstring separation is no joke. Great development.
