Mens Physique debut
So I'm competing in mens physique for the 1st time in 2014 in the UK. 24 years old, been lifting around 3.5 years.

19.01.2014: Legs/Abs + cardio (PM)
Got to the gym early to train with a friend. Hit legs today... Warmed up 3 mins x stationary bike and some light sets of leg extensions. Did ATG smith squats, stiff leg deadlifts to 145kg (319lb) for 6, got 100kg (220lb) for 15 the previous set, then leg extension to stack into a drop set, seated leg curl, then abs (seated ab crunch superset kettlebell side bend for 3 sets).
This afternoon consisted of prepping meals for tomorrow; mostly chicken, sweet potato, wholegrain rice and green beans. Will be back to the gym later for cardio on the X-trainer for 20 mins.
