Solution is correct. Yes and yes. You can have 300carbs in one sitting if you wanted. Ive never really noticed any difference. I have about 100 or so after training in the evening then push close to 200 or so in my meal before bed. The rest of my carb macros are trace amounts from veggies during the day and intra workout in the evening.
