Training for Inner Strength
This week has been challenging for me with regards to weight training. My coach pushed my body to the limit all week. Today, I am sore from head to toe. But, my body has starting transforming already (and for this am I thankful). I am happy that I was able to "sleep in" this morning. When I woke up this morning, I jumped right back into training mode... Fasting cardio! Because my body is so sore, I've dedicated today to arms and abs (my least sore muscle groups). Then, I'm going for a run (my first fitness love) later this afternoon in this perfect winter weather! Why am I telling you all of this? Because I want to encourage each of you to work through your challenges (whether they be in the gym, kitchen, or in your head/mental). No one ever said that achieving your fitness dreams was going to be easy. I'm dedicating today to INNER STRENGTH!!!
