Turtlys Thread for Female Muscle
Hey everyone im new to RX and just so happen to be in contest prep!
Im currently 15 weeks out as of yesterday.
Im doing my first show May 10th NPC Mike Francois WPD
Then the NPC Northcoast WPD May 24th
My current cardio is 2 HIT sessions , (2) 300 cal steady state sessions.
My weight as of this morning was 144.6 i had a refeed yesterday so its up a little.
As far as what im eating and my macros i dont know off the top of my head austin takes care of that nonsense.....
I will post some progress pictures later

Yes it is exactly who you think it is We talked about posting this in the female section but after all it is a contest prep so I think she came to the right place!

I was down to 143.0 this morning which is 1.6 lighter than yesterday. Im eating my off day macros today i took off from the gym because im having some issues with my shoulder, neck an elbow but im slowly going to get better hopefully sooner than later though.
For the time being im going to have 4 days of training instead of 5.
