thanks bob, until im totally peeled or until it gets in the way of the other things i have going on in life ( work, baby on the way etc).
yesterdays leg training
leg extensions every set with a brief flex at the top-30-20-15-12-10-8 ( double drop set then an isometric hold).
squats on smith machine- slow 3-4 second negative with a 2 second pause in the hole- 225 for 10, 315 for 7, 315 for 7, 365 for 5 then dropped to 225 and went to failure with the same tempo
hammer strength 45 degree leg press-4 sets of 8-12
superset with
sissy squats- 4 sets till failure
lying hamstring curls-20-10-8-6
stiff legs with barbell-15-10-10
dumbell hamstring isometric holds-2 sets

little update/blogging here. hit a new low Saturday morning of 190 lbs. lost 2.2 this week. details starting to come in more. Cobe from the boards here visited me this weekend which was super cool, we had a really nice time. We went down to diamond gym Saturday morning and trained shoulders tris abs and calves with another client of mine Norm Belton. we streamed the Arnold classic live on the smart tv, while watching Tanaka make his debut for the Yankees. then went and filled out on some good portugese food with the owner of Plaza Fitness Pete Diaz. We then met up with another client for an unhealthy indulgence of a big fat cigar after dinner. After a huge steak, an egg, rice and potatoes, a little wine and a piece of pie im only up .8 and looking pretty hard I suspect I should hit some nice new lows this week but who knows. heres some pics. the pumped MM is from Tuesday, the kitchen shots are from Saturday morning upon waking no pump, and the gym rear shots are from Saturday.provo.jpgunnamed2.jpgunnamed3.jpgunnamed4.jpgunnamed5.jpg
