mondays leg workout
squats-4 sets of 10 1 minute breaks only between sets squeezing glutes and quads and pausing at the top of each rep
leg press feet wide toes out really driving off outer heels not locking out but pausing 3/4 of the way up and flexxing quads on each rep-4 sets of 10 only 30 second breaks between sets
leg extension- 1 drop set 10 drop 10 drop 10
lunges- 1 set with barbell just to open up a bit
leg press one leg at a time toe coming off the pad at the top of each rep-4 sets of 10 30 seconds rest only
lying leg curl- 4 sets of 10 30 seconds rest between sets only
single leg curl- 3 sets of 10 no rest at all
stiff legged deadlifts- 3 sets of 10 with dumbells
adductor and abductor machine superset 3 sets of 10 on each unnamed (14).jpg
