goal is to add lean muscle mass with out spilling over and gaining too much fat. im not going to be weighing myself at all. im just going by the look and if i look soft i will back off the food and add cardio if i look harder ill keep pushing the food.
my main goal is to be a lhw the next time i compete. but i am going to be taking a few years off to do so

hey jon are you counting trace protein in that 190 or just direct protein?

Just direct same with carbs and fats.
Protein is from eggs steak and chicken

seems to be plenty of protein, ur strength and recovery are great and muscles are rounder and fuller than last year. doing great

190 protein I doubt, maybe protein coming just from your chicken, beef or fish and not coming from example oats or rice. Be specific with counting them or just be like that start til end of prep.
