Jon Haila Kemper 2014 contest prep
hi, this is my first time really posting in the RX forums. To introduce myself i would like to give you all some background info on what i do and how long ive been involved. First off i have been training since about 8th grade but not until my second year in highschool did i start to get a strong grasp on what was going on. Currently i am 19 years old and sales director for ETB fit and own a nutrition store with my brother, nick, which we opened about 7-8 months ago. I hope to continue excelling and doing better in bodybuilding but i am also focusing on school full time and getting my work on track 100%.
First show 2012- Suburban- Teen overall winner (165lbs)
Second show- Kemper- Teen 3rd (168lbs)
third show- Muscle Beach Jason arntz- teens 2nd novice MW 3rd
So here is where i am currently at i am 190.2 lbs in these pics and am 11 weeks and 6 days out. i am working with team provo/ Phil provenzano who is guiding me and helping me dial everything in perfectly. this will be my second prep with Team provo (www.teamprovo.com) and i could not be happier where i am at right now.

the kid looks great! welcome to Rx my brother. Jon is like a little brother to me, we do lots of business stuff together, we train together atleast twice per week. Kids as strong as an ox,. unlike most kids his age he rarely does social stuff hes constantly trying to build his business and his physique. He is more diligent and responsible than most 30+ year olds i come across.

thank you! phil is a great coach and person looking back at my old preps since starting with phil i can say i have made leaps and bounds in each prep and this one is by far my best!

Current diet
here are the details to my current diet:
Cardio: 40min fasted before meal 1 everyday with 17.5mg yohimbe hcl
Meal1: 9 egg whites 2 whole 3/4 cup oats 1 rala 4 species omegalyze 1 ultimate flora** (amazing to help with bloat and digestive issues)
Meal2: 2oz avocado 4.2 oz chicken
Meal 3 Pre workoute: 5g mac nut 4.2oz chicken 6oz sweet potatoe 1 rala
Intra: 1 scoop Adrenolyn intra 1 scoop BCAA(10g)
Post Meal 4: 62g Cream of rice 45g ETB isolate protein(tastes amazing)
Meal 5: 5.7oz lean ground beef 10g mac nut oil
Meal 6: 45g Whey isolate ETB
Off day pretty much the same with less carbs on pre and post meals
2 off days a weeks

Today was a day after my Team Provo signature refeed. i filled out big time and am very happy with how i look although my legs came out smooth in this pic they are much more cut and harder. But as we all know legs are smoke and mirrors, they look good one minute and the next they look smooth.

thank you! yes i can confidently say with phils help i have transformed my physique and this is just the beginning. Team Provo and i will be making moves with each prep!
