the diet has changed to help push my weight down since we have middles in mind.
Training days
1) 2 whole eggs 7 whites 1/2 cup of oats 3 grams of fish oil 1.5 primrose oil 1 r-ala
2) 4.1 oz chicken breast 1.75 oz avocado
3) 40 grams of whey protein 16 grams of almond butter(weighted on scale)
4) (preworkout) 4.1oz of chicken breast 5.0 oz yam 5 grams of macnut oil 1 r-ala
5) (postworkout) 40 grams of whey 45 grams of carbs from cream of rice 15 grams of glutamine
6) 5.2 oz of extra lean ground beef or 4.0 oz top round steak 8 grams of macnut oil and veggies/lettuce
Non Training Days
1) 2 whole eggs 7 whites 1/2 cup of oats 3 grams fish oil 1.5 g of primrose oil 1 r-ala
2) 4.1 oz chicken breast 4 oz yam 1r-ala
3) 40 grams of whey protein 40 grams of carbs from cream of wheat( not rice, if you prefer a potato or rice etc just ask me for the amounts)
4) 4.1 oz chicken breast 1.75 oz avocado
5) 40 grams of whey protein 16 grams of almond butter( grams on scale not grams of fat)
6) 5.2 oz extra lean ground beef or 4.0 oz top round steak 8 grams of macnut oil and veggies/lettuce

I am 4 weeks out on the dot here. My current layout looks like this:
Meal 1: 3/4c oats 50g whey
Meal 2: 50g whey 40g karbolic 1/2 banana
Meal 3: 7oz flank steak broccoli 5oz yam
Meal 4: 7oz white fish 1 cup brown rice broccoli
Meal 5: 7oz chicken breast broccoli
Meal 6: 7 egg whites 2 whole eggs
Salting each meal with sea salt
Supps:
3g omegas
l-carn 1500mg 3x a day
Guardian liver care 4 pills a day
Guggul-bolic 1 with each meal
ultimate flora 50billion 1 with first meal
Dren by MHP 1 pill a day
ETB multi 1x a day
ETB Enrage pre workout only
ETB BCAA intra workout with i-burn
Training: 5x a week and 1.5hrs of cardio a day
OFF days: remove karbolic from meal 2
