Peak Week
so here is an update.
i started peak week on sunday this week and thatwas my depletion week too. i am currently no longer doing cardio and my meal plan for sunday/ mon/tue is as follows:
Meal 1: 5 whole eggs 3/4c oats
Meal 2: 7oz steak cooked 5oz yams cooked
Meal 3: 7oc chicken cooked broccoli
Meal 4: 7oz steak and broccoli
Meal 5: 5 whole eggs
Weight:
Sunday morning: 180.6
Monday: 176.8lbs
Tuesday: 174.6lbs
Water intake: 3 gallons a day
Vitamins: 3g vitamin C, 1g potassium, 400mg vitamin E
Salting EVERY MEAL
no cardio:
sun: back and shoulders 30min posing
monday chest and abs: 30min posing
tueday: arms and abs 30min posing

Day 2 into my carb load. the day before i hit about 400g carbs and am doing the same again. still salting my food and 3+ gallons a day of water

the AFTER MATH... goig back wards with pics haha
so since im waiting on good stage shots i guess ill post up the after math of the show. i weighed in at 171.8 and at night had a few rice cakes and a slice of pumpkin sake after the show. today i woke up 171.2lbs and full but still dry to the bone!

im going to take some time off and work on making some business ventures grow along with focus on school and the people around me. i accomplished beyond my expectations and i think it is a good page in the book to fold over and learn more and grow before i step on stage again. im going to do my best to stay lean and then when i am ready i will step on stage and destroy and surpass what i have.

Thanks, yes i think i braught my best look to date. out of all the guys i was told i was the most conditioned in the novice middle so im really happy i got what i was chasing. with time ill def bring more size which is why im taking time off and hopefully ill jump a class with a ton more muscle and maturity
