maintaining lean mass getting mens physique lean
In your opinion is slowly dieting say losing 1lb a week and on 400mgs of test a week combined with very little loss and maintaining near the same training volume an optimal way to prevent catabolism while dieting?

ill post some up soon with next week i just need a camera that can take a decent picture seems all i use wash out my definition for some reason
