    finally came today

    bw 179 this am need to figure out how to calculate bodyfat w/new scale.

    Will post new pic

    trained back arms today pulled muscle mid back so it was tough doing pullups but made it through.

    benching in shirt going to see if can go raw in meet to see full effect of iron mag labs super dmx 3.0

    will test raw and shirt Monday or Tuesday.

    yes meet is March 15 was doing in bench shirt but feel going raw if can change will even show better effects of this supplement.

    well used a sling shot for 3 reps w/315 but doing multiple singles w/315 maybe 2 reps w/315 no slingshot did 340-350 forget for 1 rep w/slingshot want to see again what happens w/super dmz 3.0-4 weeks and try also keep clean diet not restricting calories but eat better and see if can get leaner,
    Benched 330 raw w/other iron mag labs in 2012 (bw was 173) so expecting much bigger things.

    Also want to thank heavyiron and Iron Mag labs for this opportunity as well.

    did not eat light today but definitely cleaner and had still some more sugar free desserts from Valentines day. Those sugar alcohols go right through me.
    Weighed 178.6 the lightest I have been at pre bed in along time.

    See what weigh in am.

    bw this am 176 feel the sugar alcohols(from sugar free foods) gave me multiple bm's and lost 2 lbs, and starting Super dmz 3.0.

    Need to get eggs have a crazy schedule so my wife working at night doing homework etc w/son plus picking my son at karate etc etc.

    Diet today

    2 servings 100% oats and whey prot powder

    above 2 meals
    serving peanuts w/1st oats

    chick breast mixed veg brocc and carrots 2 meals
    worth
    small granola bar pre workout

    Bench tonight

    felt weak raw down 2 lbs not sure if mental

    135 w/u 185 w/u garage gym door open and took a longer to warm up
    225 x 4-5 not sure 275 x 1 pause rep 305 pause rep lousy pause 325 missed midpoint sticking point. 020.jpg021.jpg
    Bench shirt on 405 x 2 to 2 board shirt no belt so rolled up in my neck
    then 425 x 2 to 1 board easy could have down easy 3-4 or more reps
    then 445 x 1 to 1 board great off board sunk in nice and got good rep but a little tough at top need to really get triceps w/cg and lockouts next workout, speed off chest good.
    post bench shirt did 320x 1 off chest, after all the work still got 320 it was tough feel was not warmed up right physically and mentally for 325
    Meet is 3/15/14 right no going to see how Super DMZ 3.0 will get raw and shirt bench up together

    forgot to mention I am a tod under 5'5" prob 5'4 3/4" scratches on arm from bench shirt.

    bw up 2 lbs at night and abs slightly more noticeable not enough for a pic but feel 1 more week should be.

    Benched heay raw and in shirt not rec supposed to do easy single pre shirt to save for shirt but I did not and I am sore as he!!.(in my chest and shoulders did some rows too forget
    and then did some light shoulder trciep db pre bed.

    good diet today oats and prot chick breast and potato 2 meals worth hi fiber cashew bar found at convenience store.

    Good luck bud. The new Super DMZ is truly a freak of a product. IML has really done a good job on this one.

    I woke up this am starving up 1 more lb from usual am bw 179.7 I think well 1.7 lbs than usual am weight hope my home scale is correct.
    My work scale is very accurate I will check my weight realize my clothes shoes wallet etc is about 5 lbs so I will see plus food add 2-3 lbs for me post meals.

    looking forward to next week will weight tonight feeling leaner but wt grad already going up

    hi rep leg workout cardio almost no rest

    leg curls 4 sets no rest not sure of weight but at least 43 or more reps

    front squats in smith 1st set 10's 20 reps then 25 lbs on each side

    then 45's each side 1st set 12 reps second set 10 reps (longest rest 1 min)
    legs burning
    then leg ext 4 sets 12plus reps no rest last set could not do more than 4 reps done
    then did very light back exercises pulldown and machine rows no rest back and forth more for cardio and did a total 90 reps <5 min home to do home work

    legs still sore from wed crazy sched me and wife still sharing a car looking today
    had to drop my wife to work then went to dinosaur exhibit w/son and there all day did not eat from early am until about 20 min ago felt poss low bg did not prepare well for this

    last gym was thrusday pullups easy w/sets of 10 4 sets
    then bench w/med grip w/up 265 x 3 275 x3 a little wider than normal grip 275 x4 and a gain 275 x3 most sets 2 more reps but wanted to do at least 3-4 sets of reps w/275.
    had to get home and do home work with my son.

    hanging in there long weekend getting a car so we do not have to go everywhere back and forth.

    Benching tonight raw fest 225 x3 275 x 2 315 x 1 felt heavy 405 shirt(bench shirt)3 to 3 board
    425 x2 or 3 forget to 2 bd 445 x1 1 bd easy 455 x 1 off chest not paused 1st off chest in shirt in years struggle at top 455 x1 off chest again did not tuck elbows struggled to touch but wne t up better, need to weigh sure I am under 180/
