    front adam.jpgside adam.jpg post not eating for a while and well bm and bodyweight up to 183 decent leg workout short time
    leg press w/u forget 20-25 reps then 20 reps 2 plates then 15 reps 3 plates
    10 reps 4 plates not much rest then squats smith 15-15 an d 8 reps last set 275<60 rest on squats <30 sec rest on leg press
    leg ext superset leg curls seated 3 sets 14-15 reps each
    lying leg curls 3 sets 12-15 reps <30 sec rest
    ate healthy my wife made low cal chick parm had 2 servings plus broccoli and 3 4 servings oats and prot powder prior to weighing.
    my crazy but great son is in karate and wants to start sparring
    and my arm marks from bench shirt.

    thanks trying
    yesterday lighter bench triceps shoulders

    bench w/u to 225 then 275 x3 and 4 felt heavy and sore from heavy shirt bench on Monday

    then 315x 2 in slingshot not to failure but tough
    some pullups
    then late at night pre bed did very light circuit wt training w/db curls db hammer curls, side laterals, front laterals and rear laterals non stop 8-10 minutes.

    Thanks a lot you too keep it going.
    I like raw too have competed raw and some decent in my best shirt benches have been ranked a lot higher w/bench shirt however need to have a good support on a consistent basis to help put shirt on multiple spotters on side in case something crazy happens w/shirt on just never know esp if have 150-200 more on bar than raw.

    pullups 3 sets 10 reps

    deads 3 sets 3 reps 315 a had some left in the tank but 1st deads in quite some time.

    glute ham raises 3-4 sts not too many reps but fel good on hams

    felt good w/315 good sign was easy and 1st time pulls in long time 3rd set w/315 only hard set pullups were easy

    need to recheck wt tomorrow am hit opener tomorrow w/bench shirt
    as shirt bench has got better raw feels lousy but will see tomorrow.

    decided to stick w/bench shirt for meet March 15
    back nice soreness

    eating well not super lean but no junk

    egg white 1 yolk w/ mushrooms onions
    oats and some 90 cal yogurt.

    feel good.

    can not get to gym tonight with my son who has an ear infection poor guy took him to Dr and pharmacy now home he is resting. Hope he is better soon.

    I haven't competed yet.. perhaps sometime this year will be my first. No plans as of yet though. I'd like to be sure to hit at least 495, but I haven't gone that heavy in a few years now.

    weight continue to go up hardly even ate due to going to Dr and pharm for my son missed at least 2-3 meals and did not make them up no gym either was home with my son and his school is closed.

    I hardly ate anything, also felt sick last night myself better this am but
    heaviest am wt since on superdmz 3.0 179.8 pre meals.

    looking forward to a pr raw bench for recent lifting and shirt bench this week as well.

    wt this am 179.8 I think heaviest ever in am
    had carzy day as usual my son is better while warming up get a call from my wife that where was I not at the Dentist I called 3 times to try to reschedule and they did not call me back or did and I tried to call again, got me uspet

    warm up to 275x 3 315x 1 2 ply shirt 405 x 3 easy to 2 board 425 could not touch switched to singly ply 405 x 2 easy to 1 board then 425 x 1 to chest quick off chest but no can open w/405 to 410. attempt ot make my son's tee ball meeting and my wife's phone has a Detroit tiger D all have to say is go NY.
