    3714.jpgbw at night was 181 and benched tonight w/u to 275 x 2
    315 x 1 trouble w/2 ply bench shirt going single ply hit opener 405 x 1 in single ply bench shirt
    meet next week feel leaner but weigh more do not feel strength is where would is where would like but getting bigger and leaner mot much leaner but feel some.

    of couse heavy lifting more than 2 x in <7 days not great for heavy lifting either.

    did not have my glasses when logged last night my son had a stomach bug must have ate something bad so could not leave him alone his is fine today so think it was bad milk my wife had.

    had egg whites this am and some hot pocket low cal had 1/2 chick and brocc.

    in looking at progress not lean but shape has improved with upper body size improved wt up slightly 181 this am. 1st pic was pre super dmz 3.0 and 2nd pic was last week last was yesterday

    3914.jpghate taking this many pics and not major changes but see changes almost every day wt up 181 this pm post meals and eating and sweating from outside playing some ball w/my son rehydrated but not that much.

    bench meet this sat only decision is bench shirt getting sick of this have not used 2 ply shirt in 6 years feel can do well but need more of a plan and time 12 weeks to peak for not 4-6 weeks unless been training w/over past year consistently but have not been. was supposed to cardio but wife is sleeping and I am watching my son do have to go to work soon.

    well wt 181 in am have to be careful to make wt abs showed a little more31114 (2).jpg back tonight pullups pretty easy 4 sets 8-10 reps facepulls seated cable rows and barbell shrugs very light all a lot of reps very little rest and some step ups abut 5 min.

    today 3/16/14 almost a month started I believe 2/17/14
    unfortunately bench meet did not go well not sure who is reading or following but seemed like a good idea doing this meet turned into a bad idea, I was training double ply shirt then shirt did not fit well went o single ply doing ok but needed help at the meet saw I was the only bench only sow went raw and not sure what it was weighed in at 179 lbs it was a long day was only bench only so it was cash meet so I basically as long as get lift in could get part of my entry fee back. I did not have help so went raw and raw bench was horrible used to benching with pause 315-325 and missed w/pause 310 1/2 up

    got 275 and 295 again w/pause hit 320 in gym a couple of weeks ago.

    Had some gi issues as well as benched heavy in sling shot Monday.


    need some work on raw bench at least for myself what I am used. Not sure if old age 48 now, training mainly in bench shirt and poor raw in pause of chest, prob all above.

    316141 (2).jpgjust weighed and was 183.4 not sure what weighed when lifting but was such long meet so many lifters and had to eat so much to gain back weight nerves etc ended up possibly losing more weight than thought it is back today to 183.4 so gained 4 -5 lbs w/super dmz 3.0 will do one more week and not lose wt but est in gym myself w.bench pause

    also think abs show a little better and look better thinking about it trying to make weight possibly hurt was originally planning for bench shirt and trained for which is a different lift prob could do 320 -325 raw touch n go but did a lot of paused reps also and possibly hurt some. Well all in all a lot of excuses feel did terrible for me but look better and a little bigger in a short time with really no dieting.

    I told a lifting partner about my bench meet although did not train raw for it but in shirt still feel should have done better

    wanted to squat but limited time and since he asked me to spot I benched.

    W/u to 225 x 5 all pause reps 275 x 3 pause reps rpe 8-8.5 felt great easy set

    then next set 275 x 3 paused much harder rpe 9-9.5

    missed 310 w/pause in meet sat tongihgt easy 275x 3 all pasued reps does not add up but feel body is getting used to raw single reps.

    felt great did not even plan on benching tonight

    had to go home and do homework w/son and now tired for sure.

    31914.jpgI think a slight bit tighter in abs not much may need help w/pcitre taking for better pic but not dieting just trying to eat normal healthy well rounded. very very little cardio 20 min here 10 min there mostly exercise for healthy with some benching back and squats tomorrow

    wt 178/9 to 183.8 at night about 179 180 am

    benched 275 x 3 all paused w/1left 285 x 3 paused reps.
    started squatting again only 135 and bar but 185-225 hopefully next week
    sciatic nerve acting up tonight.

    busy day my son had school make up day
    got some xtra work done

    had 15 mon in gym for back did 3 exercises for back hi rep

    pulldowns like hammer strength 4 sets 10-15 reps
    machine rows 4 sets 10 reps

    db shrugs 75 lb db 3 sets 15 reps

    done in 11-13 minutes
