Pics of my wife. What does she need to work on for figure
image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg
My my wife is thinking about doing a figure show. She has been dieting for 7 months and training for 3 months. I am working with her and would like some pointers on what she could do to increase her odds of doing well. Anyone wanting to follow her progress on Instagram she is @hcrow82. Thanks in advance. You can post here or send me a PM. She would like to give this a go to try and make this a career and win shows and try for a supplement contract. This is after 2 kids also.

I would say bikini based on these pics. She needs more muscle for figure. I'd say start at bikini, but I'd like to see some shots of her front and back in a bikini.
I don't mean to burst your bubble but there really isn't a career in this sport, unless your a rare gem. Sponsorships are hard to come by and rarely are they paying more than some product.APS HI TECH PHARMACEUTICALS ATHLETE

She's got nice abs, pretty hair, good looking, and looks to have some shoulder width/nice structure. I'm no judge, so take my comments with a grain of salt, but it looks like she needs to work quads and delts.
Bikini or Figure, her choice. She will definitely not be out of place walking on stage. Kudos for your wife and mother of two!
But as Tammy stated -- the voice of experience at that -- this is a mission of passion/for the love of the lifestyle much more often than a career.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

She is a stay at home mom now so not trying to make a bunch of money. We both have always loved the gym and she happens to have better genetics then me. So although I'm doing a show in August I'm spending more time and energy on her. I think she has potential seeing she quit training for 6 years while we had kids and got in this shape with less than 6 months of changing her diet and just a few months training. I've only had her with a trainer a little over 2 months and she trained by herself for a month or two before that. After the second kid she got post partum depression and gaine 35lbs. About 6 months ago she started getting out of that funk and used Dave's keto diet and it is like that diet was made for her. She actually got too thin so now we are trying to add muscle in her delts and lats. Pics are hard to tell but her quads have separation and based on measurements may need to add an inch to be up there with the ladies that are winning. She would like bikini but her definition and vascularity maybe a bit too much. In 6 weeks we are getting professional pics done so she will be tanned and dieted down. These pics we took after a month the family had the flu and the diet was hit and miss. Once we get those pics they will be in a bikini and workout gear, so I will post for a better evaluation. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

Curt might not be a judge but he has a good eye. He is correct she needs to blast her side delts and quads. Nice conditioning.
