On the first set I had to use the Smith Machine because someone else was using the squat rack. The rest of the sets I used a free bar.

Leg ext ss with seated leg curl
100x20 and 100x21

On these I started with my feet low and close together. I would do as many as I could and then change my feet to in the middle of the sled and a shoulder width stance. Finally I would but my feet high and wide. That was one set.

Lol I knew new I had an old one from way back. Should give you an idea how much a five year absence from the gym (Illness related) can zap you.
233 this morning. My strength is getting there but not as fast as I want. I do way more hiit cardio now and have to say for 43 year old I'm in great shape cardio wise.

Ugh how weak I've gotten
Friday was leg day
Squats
225x12, 255x10, 275x7, 295x5
Leg press. Like used to do. Started with one leg at a time and keep adding weight each set until I had both feet high and wide on the sled. I had the machine maxed out with weight and got 6
30min of hiit cardio

^Nice leg press ritual (for lack of a better word).
I've found leg strength returns quickly after a break.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month
