. One bicep smaller than the other
Hi !
I was wondering if I could get some ideas on getting my left bicep to catch up with my right one. Its very noticeable when I flex and even though you might say well don't flex then lol I really am stumped on this one. I have been doing every bicep move I can think of single arm at a time really focusing on my left bicep.. I notice that its hard for me to gain strength in this arm and Im getting frustrated .
I would appreciate any ideas on this very annoying situation.
Thank you !

Its a natural thing - everyone has asymmetries in their bodies. I would be careful about overtraining one side vs the other, particularly on your arms as it begs the creation of repetitive motion injuries. I wouldn't worry about it. I have a distinctly better peak and 1/2" bigger bicep on the left than the right and have been a competitive bodybuilder for several years.

I had/Have one leg bigger than the other. Most people would do their regular workout and then throw some "Extra" on for the smaller leg. I say that will/would only make it worse.
Instead for long periods of time every other leg workout or would ONLY work the smaller leg. It has gotten better but I have to stay on top of it. I know one leg is just stronger and will do more of the work when squatting.
So for you maybe every once in awhile you JUST work the smaller arm? Chances are it can not take the stress/over training of doing your normal workout and extra on top. Give it some thought.Gone but not forgotten, I remember you too Dookie!

Thank you for responding . Totally agree with the over doing it on one arm . Self acceptance is a discipline !
Have a great day
