Test/Masteron + T3 cycle - LOG
Hey guys,
after much research and help i finally got my cutting cycle (my second cycle), sorted.
Cycle
Ill be running 500mg/week of Test E, and 400mg/week Mast E. My first shots will be tomorrow, and will be done every Wednesday there after (don't want to split injections). T3 will also start at 25mcg for first couple of days and build up to 75mcg.
Background
Already 1 week into the cut, but AAS starts tomorrow. Diet is 2400 calories (my metabolism sucks hence i wanted the T3), and training is 4 days on, 1 day off (where whole body gets hit over those 4 days).

I would split the injections dude every 3rd or 4th day

Note : ill weight in on friday so ill be updating this usually on those days - sorry for the delay.
- over the first week i tapered up to 75mg T3 a day and will maintain this dose from now on. (no side effects from T3 that i have noticed so far).
So far so good. Lost about 6-9 pounds of water bloat, so i should start seeing some significant fat loss here on in. I am exactly three weeks into my diet, but only over a week on the AAS.
i can't notice any huge effects so far from the drugs in terms of fat loss/dryness/strength/muscle gain. I have noticed however the oilier skin on my back already, and also on my face this time around. Something that is also weird is that i'm not as horny and can't maintain an erection like i could before. This has only happened when i introduced masteron 10 days ago - even when cruising or my last blast of 750mg Test E/week i didn't have this problem; i don't think it is a placebo as it is definitely noticeable. If i don't concentrate for bout 30 seconds, the erection will go. I feel like this might be temporary however and will probably stop once i stop masteron.
-next week will be four weeks on the diet so, as planned, i will most likely drop calories very slightly or up the cardio. Next Friday will also be a re-feed/cheat meal.

forgot to mention - cardio is done 3 time a week for 30 mins atm.

Whats your B.F. starting at? I heard Masteron is only noticeable if you are already relatively lean which i would guess is near 10% or below.

Today : okay guys, so it was the 28th day of cutting and it was refeed. Did it properly this time round and kept it fairly clean. Did lots of oats and rice, shooting for about 400g carbs for the day. I also had one cheat meal which was kfc followed by icecream. So it was a pretty good day. results will speak for them selves on seeing how this affects me.
Progress: weight is dropping nicely, not as well as i have wanted but definately noticeable. About a total of 12 maybe 13 pounds in 4 weeks, Due to the heavy bloat i had, it is an okay amount. currently weighing in at around 218 pounds - looking to getting to about 182-185 in the next 12 weeks. My plan was to loose 3 pounds of FAT a week which i have done so far, but more importantly hopefully the anabolics will maintain the muscle. Is this realistic guys, considering i am on gear? Either way, ill extend the diet if need be. No more sides from the gear yet, although strength wise is hard to determine as i did my shoulder in.
action : One month has past, so calories will go from 2400 to 2200. Also i have noticed/think i respond better (in terms of fat loss), on lower carbs. So every once in a while i drop carbs to about 100g. So you can kind of say i am carb cycling. calories are constant every day, but the carbs are reduced and replaced with dats. Im gonna keep doing this and see how it goes.
will be starting about 80mcg of clen to go with the t3 from tomorrow onwards aswell so hopefully that helps the fat loss a little.
Good : any one had good results from T3? im running abdi ibrahims tiromel T3 @ 75mcg and wondering how others feel about it as i can't really feel anything from it. Maybe only side effect i have noticed is that i wake up early/require less sleep - which is actual really GOOD!!!

Spardaa, you could try 100mcg on T3 and see how you feel. For me it gave me join pains especially on my hips, felt like a fever as well. Weigh drop was scary fast so it eats through fat/muscle whatever. I also noticed that I had to eat more the higher the T3 went, felt like I was going to pass out if I didnt eat quick. Good luck.
