thank you everyone has a blast yesterday. hey bob right now the priority is going to be clients and the newborn for a while but that does not mean i wont be training my asss off and eating my food as i always do. well see how the next year or so goes and figure frmo there

just to let you know i hit another new low even after going to the wedding reception and eating a meal off the menu. I did my best to limit fats, ate no bread, brought a waldens for my salad. I had a steak, garlic mashed and some green beans. Drank a shit ton of diet cokes. I dropped another .8 that next day and hit 180 for the week 2.6 lost. Last night I had my real cheat meal with dessert plenty of bread. Im starving today on 185 carbs. Back to the grind. Looking for another 1.5 to 2 this week. If I hit it early im gonna discuss with phil taking my carbs back up maybe 30 grams to catch the sped up metabolism but want to see how i progress first after the free meal last night. And yes it did include a medium DQ blizzard and some starburst jelly beans as dessert.

we had a great week with you j and im expecting another significant week of progress here, id be fully open to tht idea if were exceeding the amount of weekly targetted drops especially if j and i are both confident that fat burning would continue after adding such this was is deficit cals would be higher and provide us with more room to play with down the stretch. ive noticed on pro carb only diets this is more likely to occur than those that contain fats as well.
