thanks bud just did for ya
agreed big time its something ive focused hard on the last 2 years and like BM pointed out theyve come up but just not fast enough. i think Bobs point also makes sense as my legs seem to always be the first thing to flatten, but i can see even my shoulders arent as full as usual so thats a clear sign i was flat to me when a good bodypart is partially deflated
looks like ontrack for a killer week. I have to admit here Jason had suggested me pushing a little more carbs but all in all said i was on point. He did bring it up more than once and i did listen but went lower than he suggested with the increases. i told him so at the time for the sake of being upfront, but now i see what needs to be doneLast edited by Provo82; 04-09-2014 at 08:36 AM.

To be honest I'd keep your plan exactly the same just add more water per meal. Carbs will do so little without added water or sodium. All they will do is pull more water. Just my opinion.

Whether anyone values this or not. I've seen someone load on 6000g carbs with no diuretics and be dry as hell. How? Slin added 8 weeks out and experimented with. Slin will pull water subq and add more water IM. How do you think these guys are full as a house with all their lines? It has to be done carefully though as pre contest insulin sensitivity is at an all time high. Slin at a calorie deficit will add nothing to your waistline.

Upper body was perfect. Legs a tad flat. My two cents (take it for what it is worth) would be to drop cardio, continue to slowly add carbs, and bump water a bit show day. Leave sodium alone and don't use any diuretics. The other option would be to hit a very big load on Wednesday when water is very high. Fill out and then spill. The next few days "clean up the mess". It seem a bit risky but imo it is not. Hitting a massive carb load the day before is risky but if you do it on Wedneday, you still have a few days to adjust accordingly. All in all it was still your best look to date. You will be even better at the Mets this Saturday. No doubt.

wow really funny you say this because it almost looks like you hacked into my email and copied and pasted jasons advice lol. i took gym pics last night and looked like i was about to pop so its bvious that water is the culprit here. so where going with option a) cardio is finished completely even though it was only30 min 3 times weekly. carbs today will be 50-70 grams higher than yesterady and today is an off day. jason thinks i should try to get3/4 of a gallon in before the stage. mens bbing is up first this weekend so what im thinking upon waking ill pound some water then hit like close to a regular sized poland springs bottle between each meal. i think its also important to note that my bp medication contains 12.5 mgs of hctz

I hit another new low 181. People at the gym keep asking if Im getting bigger, pumps are good. Im just leaning out nice and slow. I think 14 more lbs is easily doable putting me 167. I can easily make 165 then fill out. Hotel is booked and my flight out on sunday to NC to join the fam on vacation is booked. No turning back now all that is left is to do it.

You end up going with Sprint for that other flight you were looking to book? Never had experience with them was going to chime in, but have only really flown southwest.
