Please do explain how half ones body can be flat but the other can be full? I know you are all trying to beat around the truth here but lets not make shit up if this is going to be an informative thread. Not directly at you but anyone who has said this in this thread. Don't use cardio as an excuse as that was pulled and I am sure legs were rested. This isn't even to beat up on Phil but come on. Lying to someone doesn't make them better.

unnamed (11).jpgunnamed (12).jpg legs are signifcantly smaller than upper body nothing new there, no denial never have , i was on the flat side this past weekened which exacerbated the disproportion further. im not going to be able to make them bigger before saturday all i can do is try to be fuller to make it less noticeable. yesterady added 75 grams of carbs and a tablespoon of almond butter, today adding an additional 50 plus another tablespoon of almond butter to last meal. playing it day to day. these were upon waking today no pump no food

maybe this will help let me know if im leaving anything else unanswered you can say so im not trying to brush legimitate questions under the rug. in response to being half full i think when a guy is not full blown flat but not really full either his good bodyparts can soimetimes not show the flatness as much as say his weak bodyparts. perhaps this is what kevin was alluding too?
