i dont know if i just got over the whole junk food thing or what but ive only had one nondiet meal since my 2 shows and it wasnt really over the top. went out w another couple day after the ny show for birthday/post show meal hit up a steakhouse in nj had a steak some roasted potatoes some veggies a few glasses of red wine then had a desert. Been really busy with clients, my other job, preparing for newborn and attempting to learn italian lol so i guess i really havent had time to think about food much. looking forward to easter though as my inlaws house is always a blast. definitely lots of wine food and cigars. ive done some minor diet tweaks last few days and cant stop losing weight. this is where im at now probably going to ahve to add alot more tomorrow. we will see. at this rate im going to be a middleweight by accident but i feel good and energized im not really stressing it,. in a few weeks ill start chasing muscle growth a bit more aggressively when life slows down some

i think thats awesome bro! ho bisogno incontrare parlare italiano per mio figlio. (i need to learn italian for my soon to be born son i want to raise him bilingual) i found some cheap online lessons, then my ma suprised me for my bday and got me rosetta stone. both seem good and i have an audio cd i listen to in the car for drilling. i actually am doing much better with this than class room learning. i did take italian for 5 years in school. my inlaws are all fluent so ive been texting and emailing them daily to practice.

Typically 4oz cooked chicken breast is around 28g protein isn't it? I think your way under what you think your eating according to myfitnesspal. Raw weight would be a lot less of course.

Is your wife fluent like her parents? Kid sounds like hes got a good chance at learning if thats true. I would try to only speak that in the house...

I've always gone by 9g/oz cooked.

It's right by that site but to me I find it hard to belive 5 oz of chicken is 45g pro. Maybe I am totally wrong and eat way more.

I just looked up a few more and most sites say they are around 8-9g/oz

Does it really matter though (for the most part), as long as you are consistent with what you label it as you will still be able to add/take away portions to adjust the way you want

FWIW chicken Ive always learned was around 8g per oz UNCOOKED so 4 oz cooked is more like 6-7 oz cooked so 6 x 7 = 42 pro. I think phil is close anyways.

I hit 179.4 this week so far only .6 down so I pulled 25 carbs and bumped cardio thurs and friday trying to get one more pound off by saturday morning to hit my goal of 1.5 for the week.

    Macros now 275P/210C/35F
    non training 275P/160C/35F
one cheat meal of steak, starch, salad and small dessert on saturday nights

Here were a few pics I took after meal 1
