JOJ any day of the week!! JOJ has some of the best biceps in the game. Rich just has big PMMA or Synthol or whatever he has in there arms. No peak no definition just big.

I like rich's look, but he's on the edge on overdoing it, IMO (in regards to the oil/lack of definition)

Not everyone who does synthol looks stupid. Flex did it his whole career and looked great until the end. Rich did PMMA injections which is what made his arms get that huge and pretty much stay that way.

Neither lol. Just trained with a lot of pros and they always told me what the deal was.

That being said, who in God's name would want Rich's arms? I'll take my spaghetti strands every day of the week and twice on Sunday over that mess...so definitely JOJ!

Dead right on target with all of that. I think the other thing that hurt Flex was that escilene (sp?) was becoming harder and harder to find by the end of his career (the running joke was the Kevin Levrone bought it all!), and he had to rely more on synthol as there was less and less of the acute inflammatory available.

I'd call what Rich is doing body modification. Rich can't compete anymore & his choice to go in a different direction was right for him. JoJ is a competitive bodybuilder. He has to stay on this side of the freak factor, but he's freaky enough with his powerlifting build.
