Seeing people at shows, the gym, hell, the GNC with shoulders flexed is getting old
is it just me or when goign to shows, the gym, or even the vitamin shoppe I see dooches walking around like chickens with shoulders flared and traps flexed.
The girls in pic with hand on waste, shoulder flared out as if striking a pose on stage. Its so old to see this at shows where 24/7 people are wearing shirts 2 sizes to small, flexn the whole time WTF.
Also sex everywhere in the mags.......... where is the honor anymore or just NORMALCY to the whole thing.
Also another ting that gets my goat are some of the douches behind supp companies who look and try to operate as if they are special "dons" like wannabe godfather shit, and create crappy supps to boot.......... frequently irl thy look like 5'2 nurd turds.............
I could crush with one hand...
Also does nayone even make a supp any more that is original? or not inflated in price by 1000%
I woudl live to write an expose with pics of some of the people behind what you see everyday here..........
I gaurantee it would shake the community up with some truth and honestyLast edited by OMEGA; 03-16-2014 at 05:31 PM.

My traps are "flexed" pretty much 24/7. Sorry I offended you.

I've seen it referred to as ILS or Invisible Lat Syndrome for those without much muscle but who persist in attempting to look diesel.
In fact, I fell victim to that through much of junior high school... and maybe high school. My one classmate joked, "Draw! You look like you're a gunslinger." lol
That's a problem.
And, yes, I've seen people older than me, with not a hell of a lot more muscle, wearing string tanks at the expo. "Like, what were you thinking, grandpa?"
OMEGA raises some valid points, but if anyone is expecting normalcy, well, I think he's barking up the wrong tree for the most part. Just not going to find a whole lot of normal in the bodybuilding world.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

I would imagine people would get tired,.. I mean, the day after any contest, my back and traps are f-ing killing me in cramps -lol.
Like Curt said though, normalcy and bodybuilding (and that includes wanna be bodybuilders) don't usually go together. When you've got so many people who 100% define themselves by means of their physical presentation, it can kinda obscure your perception of everyday activities I suppose.

I have visible lat syndrome.
I am worried if this is fatal.
