I realize family history plays a part but there us no reason for someone working out regularly to die that young.

BBers have got to be smarter about health - not just drugs but overall heart and internal organ health. I've got a CPAP machine, I'm drinking green smoothies 2-3 times a day, on BP meds, getting regular cardio.

and I make sure to get in 10g soluble and 10g insoluble fiber every day.
