Best prohormone for pre-workout?
And my question is what would be the best prohormone to take pre-workout.
My training is mostly powerlifting related so what i am looking for is boost in strength and that general alpha feeling.
On my recent cycles the only side effect that i have had concerned whit have been the blood pressure spikes and i thought that if i only take the dose on the days when i workout my blood pressure would stay more stable.
any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful thanks.

Unless you're a woman or a dwarf there's no reason to use less than 16 mg ephedrine

SDMZ 3.0 by ironmaglabs has got some kick...i normally have hbp issues with strong orals but had none with this at 1 cap ed..

Is it okay to use only workout days as a pre-workout dose?

I'm not sure what pro hormone it would be. But cheque drops are used in powerlifting pre lift. I think the make pro hormones like this. I have had the real ones and damn. The give you that pop before max effort days.

I just reread the OP....a pro-hormone as a pre workout??....a pre workout is MTR...MENT...TNE...if your talking in the AAS way of things...

Are you on some test already, or at least hrt? I dnt know if a ph only on workout days alone is worth the negative hpta impact etc... If you have a base dose of T, I think 17a-methyl-5a-androst-17b-ol-3-hydroximine at 50-75mg a cpl hrs preworkout is great. Great strength, and mental boost. Clones: dplex, 'the one', and a few others. No probs with estrogen conversion, but a little tough on the hair line (coming from someone with no pre-disposition to mpb, so take note)

mild on the liver (in my experience at least), again great strength and boost in attitude, also improves libido. Ive done 3-4 cycles and love the stuff. Its still around if you really look. And doesnt put much, if any size on if ur competing and need make weight.
