Well, shirt in a medium wouldn't be bad, not all of us are that swole:P But I loved the MD prizes I got back in the day, gym gear like wrist wraps and gym bags and stuff. Or a basic supp that anyone would want, like whey (though I get that that has costly shipping). Even like a beanie or hat would be cool, just something other than what would for me be a mumu. I've already got an article ready, the last one I wrote when the MD contest fell apart and so never got to use, just need to tweak it a bit.
