Stuff I eat when dieting
Common theme in my diet, nothing proceeded aside from a condiment or something. High protein, most chicken, eggs, steak, some fish and lots of carbs, mostly oats, rice, sweet potato, apples .... not trying to reinvent the wheel, just eating good wholesome foods. It's what works for me. I personally think people make dieting too complicated.

WP_20140325_004.jpgtonights post workout meal, chix/apple/decaf black coffee ... when I train late, I don't get so many carbs after my training however I do take in 40grams carb powder PWO when I am still outside 5weeks out

Gerb you and i have a very similiar diet except for the fish. I also go high carb.
