Thanks Cook, picture is worth a thousand words or something like that so figured this is a simple way to show my diet and show people that real food, not all that processed crap, is where it is at.
I hear you on the fish, I don't eat much but now and then I throw it in for a few days when I feel I need to tighten up and at the end of prep sometimes (if behind).

Few pics at 14weeks out (last weekend)
Sitting about 203, hoping to get down to 183-185 on stage, peeled, we shall see. Started dieting at 20weeks out. Figured I'd post this so you can see how all this food is going to work to get me in shape, long ways to go but it is coming along. 13 weeks out today. Dude, nice thread!
Believe it or not, I've been eating this type of food too.
Lost all of my winter bulk already. Almost 30 lbs.
BTW, I was in Ft. Myers last month for Red Sox spring training.
