That's awesome! How long have you been training together? My husband was the one who taught me about lifting. When we met, he had already been competing in bodybuilding for about 7-8 years and I knew nothing about it. I had barely even stepped foot in a gym. So we used to train together all the time, but now that I compete as well (in bikini) we train separately just because of our schedules and the fact that we have to train very differently from each other. I don't like training with others in general, but I do miss working out with him sometimes.

DEADLIFT:
RACK PULLS 2" above Knees:20/60/100/140/180kg x 4, 200/220kg x 3, 230kg x 2, 240kg x 1 x3.
4" above Knees: 20/60/100/140/180kg x 4, 200/220kg x 2 230/240kg x 1.
Top of knee: 100/140/160kg x 4, 180/200kg x 3.
SUPERSET CONVENTIONAL DEADS: 60kg x 10 & BENT LEG HAMSTRINGS 100kg x 4 x 5 Sets. HIP THRUSTS: 50/70/90/110/120kg x 5, DROP SET: 120/90/70/50kg x 4.
CLOSE GRIP LONG ROW PULLEY: 6 Sets.

My wife was my best lifting partner ever....after about 4/5 years she drifted out of the gym. I prefer to workout alone now.
Keep doing what you are doing.Gone but not forgotten, I remember you too Dookie!

EZ BB CLOSE GRIP FLAT BENCH: 20/40/60kg x 5, 70kg x 5 x 5.
BB FLAT BENCH: 40/60kg x 5, 70kg x 5 x 5.
BB DECLINE: 40kg x 5, 70kg x 5 x 5.
SMITH MACHINE SHOULDER PRESS: 10kg per side 5 x 5.
Pin Loaded Shoulder press: 20/25/30/35/40 x 5, 45 x 4, 50 x 3, 55 x 2, 30 x 6.
DONE.

THURSDAY 10 APRIL:
LEGS (EASY).
BB SQUATS + weights on Bands: +20kg x 6, +32kg x 6, +40kg x 5, +48kg x 4, +60kg x 4, +70kg x 3, +80kg x 3.
BB 3 Second PAUSE A2TG SQUATS: 20kg x 6, 60kg x 4, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 2, 100/105/107.5kg x 1.
REGULAR BB SQUATS: 100kg x 4, 90kg x 5, 80kg x 6, 70kg x 10. 21's x 60kg x 2. SINGLE LEG GLUTE bridges x 8 x 5.
LAYING HAMSTRING MACHINE CURLS 4 Sets.
DONE. My back felt great after physio (Tight glutes) causing back issues. MIRACLE.
