Low carb/ketogenic
I'm considering experimenting with this. I am 5'10, about 165 and 19% bodyfat. I was told that to start initially Carb depletion should be 50 net carbs or less for 10-14 days, a carb load and then cycling on and off 5/2 or 6/1 depending on how your body reacts. What do you Guys think?

In a nutshell, no carbs (except green veggie and nuts) for 2 weeks, then a weekly carb-up meal. Add in low-intensity cardio as needed.

Lyle McDonald has good stuff on this, Dan Duchaine, and Mauro DiPasquale do also. 50 grams may be too much for you because it varies per person. You definitely need the depletion period to make sure you get in ketosis.DON'T BE AVERAGE!!!
