Few month progress, must be doing something wrong
HI guys,
I was wondering if I could get your help.
I’m trying to bulk up but I feel like something is going wrong and I’m not getting the results or look I want.
In short my approach the past few months has been this.
Eat a high protein, card diet. 3 big meals a day a 3 small snacks.
Try and lift 3 times a week. Each session is Squats, incline press, rows. Mix in brief arm exercises and calves on certain day.
Using a machine at my Gym below is my progress.
___________________10/17/2013________12/1/2013___________4/2/2014
Weight _____________ 168.7_____________188.1 _______________193.1
Lean Body Mass ______ 156.3____________168.7________________ 165.8
Body Mass Fat __________12.3____________19.4_________________ 27.3
BMI (kg/m2) __________ 22.3 __________ 24.8_______________ 25.5
PBF____________________7.30%_________ 10.30%______________14.10%
Basic Metabolic Rate______ 1901 _________2023__________________1995
But from the pictures, I’m not quit getting a good look I feel. Somewhere along the way I just started adding fat to my body. And I seem to stop getting stronger.
My arms are still small, my legs haven’t changed, my chest isn’t big, it’s getting misshapen. Honestly, it looks like I just got a little fatter.
So, should I stop eating as much? Should I alter my lifting routine to target specific areas? Or should I just keep doing compound lifts? How should I fix what appears to be a problem? Thanks and I can give more information if necessary.
See before and after below. The first two are before, the other three are after.

You aren't getting results bc basically that program stinks. You should do a split where you hit eag. Body part optimally to create growth. Train heavy and to failure.
What are the calorie and macro range your eating in?APS HI TECH PHARMACEUTICALS ATHLETE

Thanks for the response. Pardon the ignorance but...eag means what in this case?
I know my base metabolic rate is roughly 1900 so I shoot for 3,000 intake per day. I try to have that be 30% protein, 50% carbs and 20% fats.
