Female Osta RX Log

I will be running a sponsored log for Osta RX. I am about 4.5 weeks out from the NPC Mike Francois Classic so I plan to run the log through the show. I am 21 years old and this is my first show but not my first time with Osta. Here are some pics from earlier this week! I will be hitting the stage in the Womens Physique division.

Macros right now are pretty low. My boyfriend also posts here (data4) and he is handling my prep.

Training days: 150p/60c/40f
Non Training: 150p/35c/40f
Refeed (saturdays): 135p/290c/35f

Cardio is at 3 HIIT sessions per week and 1800 cals of steady state which is about 3.5hrs per week.

Quick update: I had my refeed yesterday so I am up slightly in weight. I am about a week into my Osta RX and I am starting to notice slightly better pumps and vascularity. This is a major plus since I always seemed flatly lately with low calories. Nothing else to report at this time.

May I ask if you "supplement"?

I realize this can be a very touch and sensitive subject for some. Please don't take offense and please don't feel you have to answer.

Your arms are definitely your strongest body part. I imagine you have some great lifts!

My wife has used Osta a couple times now and loved it. It was her first time using anything and over the course of 2 cycles she has added roughly 12 lbs of lean bodymass, which is spectacular. As you can imagine, that is quite a bit on a woman who is only 5 1/2'. She has alos lost over 15 lbs of bodyfat during this same time period, which makes the 12 lb muscle gain even more impressive.

Anabolic wise I am just running Osta RX and Halo Extreme going into the show. No offense taken!

Wow those are amazing results! The last time I ran it I was trying to put on muscle in the short offseason before this show prep. It did seem to keep the body fat off while I gained weight.

You don't have any side effects as of yet?

Nothing that I have noticed. No voice issues or masculinizing side effects of any kind. I had blood work shortly after my last osta run and it was really good.

I have been getting more and more vascular it seems. I am actually up in weight about a lb this week but my condition is looking better so all good things so far. A small diet adjustment was made today too so that should help make another push toward the finish line.

Osta Rx is a SARM...it is not a steroid or pro-hormone..virilization will not occur with Osta Rx...it is hands down the most effective and safest compound on the market for females who wish not to take any risk of virilization...

I was out of town the last few days so here is a new update.

Weight has stayed pretty close to the same although I continue to slowly get harder. I took another calorie cut and cardio increase but I am still getting good pumps and my strength seems to be hanging in there for the most part. The Osta RX is working well so far!

Hey all, I am closing in on the single digit days of this prep and pushing very hard. My body is making changes more frequently at this point. I have upped the OSTA to a full 3 caps to finish out this prep and my weight is holding steady. I plan to have some new pics soon. No sides to report at all either so nothing but positives from Osta RX!
