I wrote something about him a while back for a sports site. This guy has been getting his ass into trouble for a loooong time. He's just one of those guys that's a problem but gets a pass because of his physical ability. I think he had somewhere around 42 sacks his first 3 seasons. That either tied him, or put him in second place, for the most sacks ever in your first 3 seasons....and hes missed a bunch of games! hes a menace on and off the field....and he'll be on the next version of Broke like 15 years from now

What are you talking about? I didn't say anything about what he should or shouldn't do. That's what the legal process is for. All I did was make note of who he is and what he's done on and off the field. I'm not giving anyone passes because i'm not the school disciplinarian. It my job to hand out punishment or exemptions. Does he have issues? Probably, but at the end of the day the only time i'm concerned with Aldon Smith's behavior is if he's playing my team.

I am saying a 16 year old doesn't know things (life,law,sex,drugs,alcohol etcs..) and no I am not saying either of these two subjects has autism or Down's syndrome . But how about you say what your trying to say.. A rich white kid gets a slap on the wrist , while the black man gets in bigger trouble for according to you , nothing. I didn't call the race card so that is not my argument. I said exactly what I meant. Aldon is yet another pro athlete crying out for help. He don't need jail time he needs therapy right with the kid who killed four people. And I'm saying unless the 16 year old is mentally retarded he knows he ain't old enough to drink. And that drinking and driving is against the law. And I'm saying again aflluenza applies to the rich as much as it applies to spoiled pro athletes.

There you go putting words in my mouth. Prison is the new mental health facility due to budget cuts. But the inmates don't always get the type of treatment they need. There are prisons that are specifically designed for the criminally insane and everyone else in between.

Your last post about a guy threatening to blow up a plane is ridiculous. An air Marshall I believe has the go-ahead to shoot so that's what I think should happen to him.
